The inaugural awards recognizes measurable impact across the coaching industry. Nominate yourself or a coach by November 15, 2026. Top 5 Honorees and the Community Choice winner for each category are revealed live on YouTube December 10.

The Judging Process
Fair, unbiased judging.
Each award recognizes five Top 5 Honorees: four selected through AI-assisted judging and one selected by Community Choice.
Every nomination is evaluated against a custom-built rubric specific to that award category. Each question in the application carries a defined weight, meaning the factors that matter most count more. This structured approach ensures that judges aren't guessing what's important; they're evaluating against a precise, pre-defined standard built for that category.
Each nomination is independently scored by three separate AI models: Claude, GPT-4, and Gemini, simultaneously and without knowledge of each other's scores. The final score is a weighted average across all three models, eliminating single-judge bias entirely.
Because every nomination is scored by AI against an objective rubric, no coach is advantaged by who they know, how large their audience is, or how loudly they campaign. The coach with 500 followers gets the same rigorous, impartial evaluation as the coach with 500,000.
Key Dates
Self-nominations and coach nominations open July 10, 2026. Applying and judging are free. Founding Nominee pricing is available for a limited time.
12:00 PM Eastern: All nominations officially close. Late entries will not be accepted.
7:00 PM Eastern: Top 5 Honorees and Community Choice winners announced live on YouTube. The Inaugural Coachies Awards Ceremony.
